All accounts to be settled directly on departure unless alternate arrangements are made, subject to the approval of the hotel. All such approved billing should be supported by a letter on the company letter head, duly signed by the authorized person. As per our credit policy, all approval for credit billing must be settled within 7 working days from the date of departure
