Accommodation

There are a number of options for accommodations for the conference participants:

1) Residence Halls in Campus

During the conference, the university will arrange accommodations inside student residence halls for the conference participants. The Residence Halls are located inside the university campus and it takes approximately 5 minutes to reach the Campus conference building on foot. The price for each room will be determined later.

In addition, for researchers preferring more social settings, some hotels are available around the Buyukcekmece area from which there are frequent public transportation services to the campus. Below are some information about them

3) The Radisson SAS Conference & Airport Hotel in Istanbul is located near the Atatürk International Airport and is close to the city's main exhibition centres. The hotel is only 25 minutes drive from the city centre and can be easily reached via E5 /city express way and the TEM highway.
